  DO NOT SEND CORE BACK TO ADDRESS ON RECEIPT!

Completely Fill Out Form, Press Submit, And Wait at least 72 hours for Response.

How do I Return my Parts?

How do I Track My Order?
  To Track your Package, either click the link on your Confirmation email, or login to your account on our website Here

What does Increments of 1, 2, 3, 4, etc mean?
  Increments refer to what quantity of the part you must buy. For instance, Brake disc increments of 2 refer to, 2 discs you must buy. The price you see for the item is priced for a single item. The shopping cart will automatically update your quantity to the specified increment when you proceed to checkout. This quantity is set by the supplier.

How many brake discs do I need?
  Brake discs are priced each, even though they are packaged two to a box. For example: to replace your front brake discs you will need to order two front brake discs.

How many Brake Pads do I need?
  Brake pads are packaged four pads to a box, enough to replace the pads on one axle. In other words, order one box of brake pads and you will have enough to replace the pads on the front or rear two wheels. For example, if you want to replace the front brake pads and discs on your car you would order two front brake discs and one set of front brake pads.

Is Ordering Online the Same as calling in my Order? More Secure?
  Ordering your parts online is exactly the same and as Secure as if you were to place the order over the phone with us. Our Website uses a SSL Security Certificate, with the highest 256-bit encryption guaranteed to keep your personal information safe.

Approximately How long Till I get my Parts?
  The estimated delivery time anywhere in the US is Approximately 2-3 days. California Resident's usually recieve their parts in 1 Business Day.

What do the terms OEM and OES mean?
  OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, and OES stands for Original Equipment Supplier. Car manufacturers buy many of their parts from outside vendors. For many items the parts manufacturer will sell through two distribution channels: one to the car manufacturer and another to wholesale parts distributors. This means the same part will often be at the car dealer's parts department in their box, and the identical part will be packaged under the part manufacturer's name. As you might suspect, the price will almost always be lower when it is not packaged in the car manufacturer's box.

What side are you referring to when you say Left and Right?
  Imagine yourself sitting in the driver's seat and where right and left are to you from there. For example, a "left headlamp" would refer to the driver's side headlamp. A "right front brake caliper" would be the caliper on the front passenger side.

Do you Accept Money Orders?
  Yes! We do accept Money Orders. To Place a Money Order, Call us at and place a order. Then have the salesman put the order on hold. He will give you a total, an order #, and a address to send the Money order too. Drop the Money order in an envelope with a piece of paper with the order # and the total on it. Once we Recieve your Money order we will ship it out.

Will my Order be Shipped Out the Same Day I Purchase it?
  Usually Orders will be Shipped out the Same day, While placing your order it will say availability either today or tomorrow. That means that if it says Today then it will be shipped out today. If it says Tomorrow then it is already past our Shipping Cut Off time, and will be shipped out the following day.

  If you feel you have received the wrong parts, Many times your replacement part will appear different from your old part because of changes in design or manufacturers. If you still feel you have received the wrong part, Call us at or Email Us at . To Return the Part-

What is your Auto Parts Warranty?
  We warranty most of the parts we sell through the manufacturer for 1 year. We also guarantee the workmanship of the products sold. How do I Calculate the Shipping Charges?
  On the order check out screen you will see shipping choices offered near the top of that screen, when you click on the arrow next to the shipping choices the shipping costs will be automatically calculated for you. Simply click on your choice and the order will be updated.

  You will Recieve Free Shipping on any order you place that is over $75, If your Order is below 75 than you will have right at $9 on Shipping as a Standard for Ground Shipping. Overnights and Two-Day Airs do not apply to the Free Shipping.

What is my chassis range or engine number?
  If you have questions concerning this, please call us at to avoid purchasing the wrong part. Chassis ranges vary depending upon the car line. Sometimes this will require you to call the dealer beforehand and get an original part number if we cannot decode this for you.
